We are a company specializing in software development. We have been active in the field of electronic procurement for 15 years.
In 2014, we developed a completely new version of Promitea sourcing software and expanded it with additional modules, “SRM” and “Procurement.” In 2018, we took over the management and support of the Promitea system from the German company Promitea GmbH.
Our other activities include close collaboration with the German company e-integration GmbH, a leading provider of electronic data interchange (EDI) and B2B integration in Germany.

Marek also has significant experience in leading teams and developing complex applications for both private and public sectors.

Jan Vašek, graduated from Palacký University, Harvard University, the University of Oxford, and Cranfield University. He currently teaches supply chain management, strategic management, and innovation management at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague (UCT Prague). Previously, he worked at the Masaryk Institute of Advanced Studies at CTU and the Technical University of Ostrava. He has extensive experience in procurement, particularly at companies like Swiss Krono Group, where he managed a procurement department with an annual expenditure exceeding EUR 150 million. Jan specializes in supply chain management and B2B marketing, combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience. At APITEA Technologies, s.r.o., he serves as a consultant for the implementation of the Promitea system with clients and as an expert guarantor for system development.
