Collection of requests
Individual partners (subordinate organisations) enter a request into the system. The requests are then pooled and a tender is then issued for a large volume of items.
Binding order
Central purchasing can continue with the next round. After the prices are established in the RFQ, the partners will confirm the quantity of the requested items. The tender manager can continue with the auction.
