Dashboard settings

You can now configure your own dashboard in each of your modules.

After clicking on the "Configure dashboard" button in the upper right, select the desired areas and their order.

You will then see the required areas on the dashboard and you will get an immediate overview, for example, of important dates, ongoing projects or suppliers waiting for approval.

Setting your own GTC

Your suppliers must approve the Promitea rules when logging in to the application for the first time. We offer the option of inserting the text of your own business conditions.

Approval of suppliers

If you approve the registration of suppliers, you now have the option to choose in addition to approval or rejection "request additional information". You can use this function if the supplier has insufficiently or incorrectly filled in information about his organization in the registration. After clicking on "Request additional information," you will fill in a field specifying what information you are requesting. An e-mail notification is then sent to the supplier.

Update of data entered during registration

Suppliers can later update the information they provided about their organization when registering in the "Qualification" tab. They will find the registration questionnaire in the main menu after clicking on "Supplier evaluation" and after selecting the "Registration".

Classification system - category locking, properties

In the classification system in the category detail you can use the new function "Locked for suppliers". If you check this box, your suppliers cannot register in this category.

In the "Properties" tab, you can add properties for item definition.

Tab for notes in the supplier detail

In the supplier catalog in the supplier detail, we have prepared a new tab "Notes". Here you enter notes, which your colleagues will also see.
