News in version 3.10
We would like to inform you that in the new version 3.10 of the Promitea application we have prepared a number of interesting features for you, which you can start using.
New or improved global features
- custom dashboard settings,
- setting your own General Terms and Conditions, which your suppliers will approve during registration,
- approval of supplier registrations,
- the possibility of updating the data entered by the supplier during registration,
- properties for categories in the classification system,
- category locking,
- a tab for notes in the supplier catalog.
Document Management System - DMS
We have prepared a Document Management System (DMS) for our users.
You can now store all your documents in one place. Promitea checks their validity and sends notifications about the approaching expiration date of the document. Suppliers also have access to the documents, so they can upload the required documents directly into the Promitea application.
New module CENTRAL PURCHASING
You can use the new Central Purchasing module to organize your purchases. It is about associating the requests of partners and the subsequent creation of a project for a larger volume of items. Thanks to the increase in the number of ordered items, you can receive significantly more advantageous price conditions from suppliers.
Wizard for creating a project in the SOURCING module
Try the new wizard for creating tenders and auctions. In the wizard, you can choose whether you want to start creating a project as an empty project, or copy an existing project, or use a pre-prepared template.
Communication with suppliers in the SRM module
When evaluating the supplier or within the supplier development, use the possibility of communication directly in Promitea. This will keep all communication stored centrally in one place and easily traceable for later negotiations with the supplier.
